Oxygen Club

This is the image for the news article titled    The Oxygen Club was formed in January 2014 by counselor Krista Brundage to help facilitate a safe place for students to work on anxieties, personal challenges, kinesthetic awareness, nutrition and the 'amazingness' of self. 
   It is an important commitment to take care of one's self so you can care for others and all that surrounds you. Through the practice of yoga (asanas) one can find a clearer state of being when body, breath and mind are in sync.
    This student run club meets at 7 a.m. on Tuesdays and Thursday at our local Aquatic Recreation Center near campus. The club begins in September and practice throughout the year.  We plan at least one outdoor yoga adventure, give back to the community and create a strong yoga practice to take with you after high school.  Namaste
